Dan from Concrete Hero was fantastic! He came out to help us figure out whether our driveway could be lifted to prevent water from getting into the side and front of our garage. He quickly identified the issue and explained that, unfortunately, lifting that section of the driveway wasnโt possible because of the way our garage is set up.What really stood out was Danโs honesty. After reading so many great reviews, I chose Concrete Hero to resurface my 3.5 Car Garage floor. I was NOT disappointed. My job was somewhat complicated due to the size and layout of my garage. Love the job Concrete Hero did on my patio. Although it was a repair, and not a replacement, the end result was even more critical. The injection sights were minimal (better than a previous vendor) and the caulking was done in a thorough manner. The two gentleman that worked on my patio, were friendly and respectful. Concrete Hero was great to work with from and first contact through completing the job. They were flexible with scheduling and their solution fixed the issue we were having with a sunk slab of our from walk way. Time will tell how long it will last, but they have a good guarantee/warranty too. I was please by the way the estimate was done as they requested pictures and a video and then replied... with some very good detail of what the job would take and they stuck to their estimate.
